In order to improve the velocity regulation performance of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM), switched Hall sensors are used to estimate the velocity and electric angle of the mover, and the vector closed-loop control is carried out. The current closed-loop starting strategy based on current frequency control is adopted to improve the starting performance of the motor. Combined with the characteristic of "thrust power angle self-balance", this paper puts forward a kind of technology to determine the actual installation distance of Hall sensor by Hall signal jump time after the motor velocity is stable, so as to improve the estimation accuracy of motor velocity and electric angle, and improve the closed-loop control performance. Simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness of the start-up strategy and self-tuning technology.
