Presentation Guidelines

  Materials Preparation

All presenters are suggested to view/modify presentation information and upload/update materials by logging on to the Conference Website and entering the “Presentation” in “Dashboard”.

Note: Paper ID is the ID in the submission system which can also be checked in the Technical Program. It is not related to other IDs in the conference system.

• For oral presentation registered for virtual conference:

 A prepared PDF or MS-PPT uploaded to the conference system.

 A prepared presentation video in MP4 format no longer than 15 minutes uploaded to the conference system.

 The above materials packaged and sent to ldia2021@hust.edu.cn including "[Oral Materials + Paper ID]" in subject before June 30, 2021 (UTC+8).

For oral presentation registered for in-person conference:

•  A prepared PDF or MS-PPT uploaded to the conference system.
•  The above materials sent to ldia2021@hust.edu.cn including "[Oral Materials + Paper ID]" in subject before June 30, 2021 (UTC+8).

For poster presentation registered for virtual conference:

•  A prepared poster in PDF format uploaded to the conference system.
•  A prepared presentation video in MP4 format no longer than 5 minutes uploaded to the conference system.
•  The above materials packaged and sent to ldia2021@hust.edu.cn including "[Poster Materials + Paper ID]" in subject before June 27, 2021 (UTC+8).

For poster presentation registered for in-person conference:

 A prepared poster in PDF format uploaded to the conference system and printed in advance by presenter.

•  The above materials sent to ldia2021@hust.edu.cn including "[Poster Materials + Paper ID]" in subject before June 27, 2021 (UTC+8).
