The accurate electrical parameters of PMLSM is important for precision control. This paper studied the electrical parameter identification, and discussed the method that injects “DC+AC” voltage to identify the d-q axis incremental inductance. In order to improve the identification accuracy, the injected signal characteristics and inverter nonlinearity were considered. Finally, the resistance and d-q axis incremental inductance were identified, and the q-axis identification experiments were implemented in different current values. Through Piecewise Cubic Hermite interpolation, a smooth q-axis current-incremental inductance curve was achieved. The effectiveness of the proposed identification scheme was confirmed on an air-bearing PMLSM.
