Abstract
In this paper, linear Hall position calculation method of PMLSM based on type-III phase-locked loop (PLL) is proposed. In addition, the linear Hall sensor is used to detect the position, and the PLL is used to calculate the position, thus realizing the error-free tracking of the solved position of PMLSM in acceleration and deceleration stage. This method improves the type of traditional PLL, uses type-III PLL, and then selects the corresponding type-III PLL according to the characteristics of the current two mainstream type-III PLLs and the actual application. In order to achieve ideal dynamic and static response, the parameters of PLL are designed. Finally, through the simulation analysis of the whole position detection system, the effectiveness of this method is verified.
