Abstract
In the AC permanent magnet synchronous linear motor vector control system, the accuracy of the mover’s position has a great influence on the performance of the closed-loop control. This paper studies how to obtain a continuous high-resolution position signal by means of using discrete low-resolution Hall signal simulation, and how to use the signal for the closed-loop control of the speed of a permanent magnet synchronous line-ar motor. Meanwhile, the BLDC square wave start is em-ployed to meet the demand of estimating the position of the mover
