Abstract
Two-degrees-of-freedom direct drive induction motor is a new type of motor structure that can be applied to the field of multi-degree-of-freedom motion drive. In order to improve the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor, introduced a slot with copper cast mover structure. In order to determine the optimal slot structure parameters, the objective function between the optimization target and the optimization variable is established by using the least squares method, and then multi-objective grasshopper optimization algorithm is used to optimize the slot structure, the optimum slotting parameters are obtained, which further improves the electromagnetic characteristics such as the thrust of the motor, and reduces the thrust fluctuation.
