Abstract
The transverse flux linear oscillation motor with a moving iron-core is taken as the research object. The optimization of motor structure, the analysis of vibration and noise characteristics are presented as the main contents. Firstly, the spatial distribution of the air gap magnetic field before and after in the optimized motor is analyzed and compared with the original one. Moreover, through the coupling of electromagnetic field and mechanical field, the factors leading to the vibration of the motor are analyzed. In addition, the sound pressure levels of the two motors are calculated and compared. The simulation results show that the optimized motor has a good performance when various harmonics act on the motor.
