Abstract
In order to solve the chattering problem caused by switching gain in traditional sliding mode control permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMLSM) system, an improved fuzzy sliding mode variable structure control algorithm was proposed. Firstly, according to the mathematical formula of PMLSM, the corresponding dynamic model and state equation are established. Then, the switching gain was fuzzed according to the fuzzy control algorithm for the chattering phenomenon on the sliding mode surface. And the result of the fuzzy solution was added to the sliding mode controller. The sliding mode control algorithm was used to quickly converge the system motion state to the equilibrium point, which improves the robustness of the system and weakens the chattering phenomenon. At the same time, the feasibility of the algorithm and the stability of the system are proved theoretically by using Lyapunov method. Finally, through the system simulation, the velocity response curves under different control algorithms are compared and analyzed. It is further proved that the proposed control algorithm can not only effectively reduce chattering phenomenon, but also has better tracking performance and stronger robustness.
